Furthermore, you are claiming that you understand and willingly enter into, agree and accept the following:

Absolute accuracy is not guaranteed nor are healing results of healing sessions.
Any information, communication, video content, consultations and sessions with Nicole Brenny or anything on the www.nicolebrenny.com website are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.
No session or consultation given by Nicole Brenny is intended to nor should it take the place of professional services such as medical, financial, business, legal and/or psychological services.
Nicole Brenny accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions that a client decides to make based upon a session with Nicole Brenny or information gained via www.nicolebrenny.com.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Nicole Brenny and www.nicolebrenny.com as well as her Youtube channel “Listen to the Stars,” “Channel 27” and any other related sites using the name Nicole Brenny or Listen to the Stars including, her heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
The opinions and values of guests, associate readers and hosts on wwww.nicolebrenny.com blog, site or on the Youtube channels “Listen to the Stars,” “Channel 27,” and any other Youtube channel that Nicole Brenny makes a guest appearance on are not necessarily shared by Nicole Brenny. Any remark, action or intention made by a host or guest, etc on any of these channels as well as any Youtube Channel, blog or live speaking appearance where Nicole Brenny may appear, be it virtually or physically, is not the responsibility of Nicole Brenny and she will not be held liable for any claims made against her for the opinions, values, actions or insinuations of these other entities.
Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not share, distribute, publish, display, or archive any material, content, photos, videos, etc without express written permission from Nicole Brenny who owns and publishes the site.
Privacy Policy- Any info I gather from you is solely used for the purpose of sending out newsletters (which you have to sign up for on your own) or for setting up your appointment. All readings with me are confidential. I never share the contents or your sessions with anyone. I do not share your information with any third party. I solely use your information to fulfill your requests. I use secure methods of payment. Site security is prioritized and kept up to date.
Payment Policies for sessions. Sessions will be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be canceled and a full refund given if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment creation date and time (the day that you submit payment for your session). Aside from that exception, no refunds are offered on any service or any class or study group offerings. The confirmation e-mail you receive acts as a proof of purchase or receipt. The site owner is sent an identical copy in case you have lost this e-mail. By submitting payment via the site you are agreeing to show up for the appointment and to pay for the appointment in full, exclusions only apply to the 48 hour cancellation time window. For those paying for courses and study groups offered by Nicole Brenny, tuition must be delivered in full prior to the start of class in order to receive access to class videos. If Nicole allows you to pay in two installments, you are responsible for the second half of tuition regardless of if you choose to continue with the course. By enrolling in the course or study group and paying partial tuition you are responsible for the full tuition by the date of outlined by Nicole.
Reschedule policy. If client is more than 10 minutes late for the session the session must be rescheduled. Sessions are often scheduled back to back and Nicole will be unable to maintain the full hour that you have purchased as to not infringe upon the following session. In this case there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee must be paid before Nicole reserves the next time & date for you next appointment. Furthermore, Nicole lives in Costa Rica, a country that experiences unpredictable access to wifi and electricity. By scheduling a reading with Nicole you grant Nicole the express permission to reschedule appointments at will in order to ensure her access to wifi and electricity and to provide the most successful reading for you.
Payment Policies for Life Coaching Package. Sessions will be scheduled and paid for in advance. This includes the life coaching package. If paying monthly, you will be responsible for paying the full amount by the third month of services. You will be given the date for final payment. Sessions may be rescheduled as necessary during the three month coaching period. Coaching is non-refundable. The confirmation email or notification sent via your payment method will act as a receipt.
You have had the opportunity to ask any questions you have in regards to this Terms of Service agreement. You fully understand and with your free will are choosing to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement by using this website or buying any product or service listed on this website.
Recording duplication policy. Under no circumstances may the recordings of any readings be shared, duplicated or published without the express and prior agreement of both Nicole Brenny and the client to whom the recording concerns. This same policy applies to any course videos from Nicole Brenny’s courses and study groups and any tutoring sessions. Any publication, duplication or sharing of any recordings of readings or sessions performed by Nicole Brenny must be agreed upon in advance, in writing.
All images, logos, photos and videos have been copyrighted and are the sole property of Nicole Brenny. They may not be duplicated, published or use without permission obtained in writing from Nicole Brenny.
Each individual is responsible for the unfolding of their own destiny. I am simply grateful to be of assistance at this time in your journey.
