While living in Costa Rica I had a pet dog named Loca. She was so special. Every morning she brought me gifts. Oftentimes she brought potted plants, sometimes shoes and on one particularly cold and rainy morning she brought me two $800 cashmere blankets that she stole from the neighbors house. Her and I had a very deep connection and due to circumstances I had to give her up, for which I felt an overwhelming sadness. This piece describes the love I have for her and how when we love someone we start to form to them and they to us. We become an inseparable part of one another.
